Shop Orders
As we sell made-to-order items, we do not offer refunds or returns/exchanges.
Classes
- Full refunds on single classes bought can be given if cancellation happens up to 48 hrs before the session in order to allow time to fill the gap and cover costs.
- Term class subscriptions can be refunded if cancellation happens up to 7 days before the term starts, but is generally discouraged, as they secure the booking of the hall.
- In the event of extenuating circumstances that cause a member to not be able to attend or complete a full month, the committee may consider a refund for upcoming classes – provided there is a waiting list for the class. Classes that have already taken place will not be refunded.
